Moditly is a product of DB Media ("we," "us," "our"). By creating an account or using our service, you agree to these terms.

2. Service Description

Moditly is an AI-powered tool that processes uploaded files according to user-provided instructions and returns the completed work.

3. Account & Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old. You are responsible for your account security. One account per person.

4. Credits & Billing

Credit-based system. Free accounts get 3 credits. Paid plans via Stripe. Credits are non-transferable. Failed jobs are auto-refunded. Cancel anytime through the billing portal.

5. File Handling

Files are processed on our servers and automatically deleted within 24 hours. We do not share or sell your file contents.

6. Academic Integrity

You are solely responsible for how you use the output. We do not encourage academic dishonesty. Comply with your institution's policies.

7. Accuracy & Liability

AI output is not guaranteed. Review all work before submission. Moditly is provided "as is." Liability limited to 30 days of payments.

8. Prohibited Use

No reverse engineering, automated scraping, malicious uploads, account reselling, or unlawful use.

9. Termination

We may suspend accounts that violate these terms. You may delete your account by contacting support.
