1. Who We Are

Moditly is operated by DB Media. This policy covers how we handle your information.

2. Information We Collect

Account info (name, email, hashed password). Uploaded files (temporary, deleted in 24h). Usage data (jobs, credits). Payments handled entirely by Stripe — we never see your card.

3. How We Use Data

Processing files, managing your account, improving the service. We do not sell or share your data with third parties.

4. File Processing

Files are sent to Anthropic's Claude API for script generation. Anthropic does not use API inputs for training. Content is processed and discarded.

5. Data Retention

Files: deleted within 24 hours. Job metadata: retained for history. Account data: retained until you request deletion.

6. Security

Bcrypt password hashing, JWT authentication, HTTPS in production. File storage is temporary and isolated per job.

7. Your Rights

Request a copy of your data, request deletion, or opt out of non-essential communications. Contact support@moditly.com.

8. Cookies

We use localStorage for auth tokens and preferences. No third-party tracking cookies.
